What you told us	What we have done
Increase the availability of appointments in the afternoon.	On a Tuesday and Thursday we now have several doctors working across the afternoon until 6pm. From late March we will have additional coverage across both Thursdays and Fridays with another doctor due to join the clinic. Recruitment of highly skilled doctors to join our team continues!
Wait times in surgery	Patients are now sent an SMS advising them if the doctor is running more than 20mins behind, as well as the approximate wait time and suggested time of arrival to limit the time patients are waiting inside the clinic.
Improved seating in the waiting room	In January new seating arrived which better caters for all body types.

The Clinic specialises in all aspects of Family, Women’s, Men’s Health and has onsite Melbourne Pathology, Dietitian services as part of its commitment to multidisciplinary healthcare. We’re also an Accredited Yellow Fever Travel Clinic.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and caring GP. Flexible hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Guaranteed retainer for 3 months and thereafter 65% of billings. We are a newly renovated, dedicated, accredited, non-corporate and inclusive General Practice on busy Williams Rd in Prahran. Our fantastic team is comprised of 7 GPs supported by five experienced P/T RNs and an awesome admin team who can solve any problems with a smile.

We encourage and support special interests and have an in-house Peer Group Learning program that involves local specialists speaking on topics of our choice.

Administration

We believe that the patient experience should start and end with a friendly and patient-focussed administration team. The team is led by senior staff and practice managers who provide a safe and supportive environment to help patients during their physical and virtual interactions with our clinics.

We provide our administration team members an extensive and structured induction program to ensure they have all the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

We invest in the development of our administrative staff and ensure there are opportunities to build a career from administration to senior practice manager.

We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of our medical team. We collect feedback from our administrative team members each quarter to identify ways we can improve patient care.
